Where To Start?
How to Become a Coach
Coaching lacrosse is a great way to give back to the game, develop leadership skills, and help athletes grow. Whether you’re new to coaching or looking to level up, here’s how to get started:
1. Get Your NCCP Number (Required)
Before coaching, you’ll need to register for a National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) number. This number allows you to track your coaching education and certifications.
