The National Development Team Program (NDTP) Futures Main Camp begins with athlete performance testing at Elite Training Systems (ETS), Lacrosse Canada’s Official Strength & Conditioning Partner. Athletes will complete a series of standardized assessments measuring speed, movement, agility, strength, and athletic capacity to establish performance benchmarks at the start of camp.
Fitness testing forms one component of the Future Track Evaluation Framework and contributes to each athlete’s overall assessment throughout Main Camp. Combined with on-field evaluations, the results help identify athletes for selection to Canada Futures teams and the Future Track Athlete Passport, which becomes their official development record within Canada’s national high-performance pathway.
