Lacrosse Canada is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Director, Commercial to join its senior leadership team and help drive the continued growth of Canada’s National Summer Sport.
This role will lead the organization’s commercial strategy, sponsorship and partnership development, revenue generation, major events, and integrated marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding commercial opportunities, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and delivering exceptional national and international events as Lacrosse Canada builds toward the LA28 Olympic Games.

- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary Range: $95,000–$105,000
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Commercial Development: Lead sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, revenue growth, and new business opportunities.
- Events and Championships: Oversee the planning and delivery of national and international events.
- Marketing and Brand Leadership: Drive integrated marketing, brand development, digital engagement, and promotional initiatives.
- Organizational Leadership: Contribute to strategic planning, departmental budgets, and cross-organizational collaboration.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, events, or sport management, and a proven track record in revenue development and partnership management.
Experience in the Canadian sport system, Olympic or high-performance sport, and bilingualism in English and French are considered assets.
