Registration Open for NDTP Futures Main Camp in Oshawa This July

Oshawa, ON — Lacrosse Canada, in collaboration with its provincial partners, will host the NDTP Futures Main Camp from July 21–24, 2026, in Oshawa.

The camp will bring together top developing athletes from across the country as part of the National Development Team Program (NDTP), a key step in Canada’s high-performance pathway.

Athletes from Western Canada will arrive in Oshawa following identification at regional camps earlier this spring, while athletes from Ontario will have the opportunity to be evaluated directly at Main Camp.

The camp details, dates, and registration link are below:

  • Location: Oshawa Civic Recreation Complex
  • Dates: July 20-23, 2026
  • Cost: $200

Session Breakdown:

  • July 20-21: Men’s on-field sessions and evaluations
  • July 22–23: Women’s on-field sessions and evaluations

Throughout the week, athletes will participate in on-field evaluations, position-specific training, and competitive gameplay sessions, while working with coaches and technical staff from across Canada.

At the conclusion of camp, the top 25 athletes in each division will be selected to Canada Futures teams.

Athletes who participated in the Western Regional ID Camp do not need to register; those selected to advance will be contacted directly with next steps.

Following selection, Canada Futures teams will reconvene for training camps later this summer:

  • August 8–9: U19 Men & Women
  • August 21–23: U15 & U17 Men & Women

Canada Futures teams will then compete in international competition:

  • September 25–27: vs. Team USA (Sparks, Maryland)
  • October 9–11: vs. Team USA & Team Haudenosaunee (Oshawa)
