Lacrosse Canada Announces Search for General Manager of the Canadian Women's Senior Field Lacrosse Team

Oshawa, ON - Lacrosse Canada is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for the position of General Manager (GM) for the Canadian Women's Senior Field Lacrosse Team. This team will compete at the upcoming 2025 World Lacrosse Qualifiers and the 2026 World Championships.

The General Manager will play a crucial role in leading the selection of coaching and support staff, as well as assisting with the selection of players for the team. The GM will work closely with the coaching staff to ensure the team is prepared for these prestigious international competitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the selection process for coaching and support staff.
- Assist in the player selection process alongside the coaching staff.
- Oversee the logistics and team coordination in the lead-up to the World Qualifiers and World Championships.
- Ensure effective communication with Lacrosse Canada, the coaching staff, and the athletes.

This is a volunteer position, and the selected General Manager will be expected to attend the following key events:

- World Qualifiers: June 24-30, 2025
- World Championships: Dates to be announced, 2026
