Lacrosse Canada adds Samantha McKenzie to staff

Lacrosse Canada is excited to announce the hiring of Samantha McKenzie as the Manager of Partnerships.

 

As the Manager of Partnerships Samantha will orchestrate the development and nurturing of strategic relationships between Lacrosse Canada (LC) and its external partners. This role involves identifying and finalizing sponsorships with potential partner organizations, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing collaborations to enhance business growth and market reach.

 

Sam brings extensive experience in sports management and partnership development, with a proven track record in building and enhancing partnership programs. Samantha most recently served as Director of Sponsorship & Advertising at Canlan Sports, where she successfully developed and implemented sponsorship strategies. Her previous role as Manager of Partnerships at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and her work managing group and event sales for the Marlies and Leafs at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment further highlight her expertise in building strong partnerships.

 

In addition to her business achievements, Samantha’s coaching background is particularly noteworthy. As the National Skill Development Coach for Hockey Canada, she played a pivotal role in developing top-tier talent and advancing the sport at a national level. Her experience as an Assistant Coach for the Ontario Tech Women’s Hockey Team also underscores her commitment to athlete development and her deep understanding of team dynamics
