FOR WOMEN'S FIELD LACROSSE

All games and competitions under the jurisdiction of the Association shall be governed by the International Lacrosse Rules as issued by World Lacrosse, with specific exceptions as listed in the Lacrosse Canada Operations Manual (please find this under About -- Administration -- Operations Manual), this includes equipment regulations.

The World Lacrosse Women’s Rules Committee has distributed the World Lacrosse Women's Approved Crosses and Pockets. This information is in effect immediately, if you have any questions contact the Lacrosse Canada office or your Member Association.

Net Requirements

Effective January 1, 2013, all box lacrosse nets* in Canada must meet the Lacrosse Canada approved net specification standards and be manufactured by one of an approved list of Lacrosse Canada net manufacturers (listed below).

*The term ‘nets’ refers to the piping and mesh that may otherwise be known as the goal.
