Paralacrosse Launch Day Set for June 5 in Scarborough

Lacrosse Canada, in collaboration with Lacrossing Barriers, Variety Village, and The Abilities Centre, will host Paralacrosse Launch Day on June 5, 2026, at Variety Village in Scarborough, Ontario.

The event marks an important step in expanding accessible and inclusive opportunities within the sport, supporting the continued growth of lacrosse for participants of all abilities across Canada.

Paralacrosse Launch Day will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Variety Village (3701 Danforth Avenue). The event is open to participants, families, and community members interested in learning more about Paralacrosse and engaging in on-site activities.

Delivered in collaboration with national and community partners, the event reflects a shared commitment to increasing access to sport and creating welcoming environments for athletes at all levels.

Lacrosse Canada acknowledges the leadership and support of Lacrossing Barriers, Variety Village, and The Abilities Centre in delivering this event. Additional support is provided by the Canadian Lacrosse Foundation.
