Lacrosse Canada to Host Webinar on Recent Women’s Field Lacrosse Rule Changes

Oshawa, ON – February 27, 2025 – Lacrosse Canada is pleased to invite players, coaches, and officials to join an informative webinar on the recent rule changes at the World Lacrosse level within Women’s Field Lacrosse. The session will provide essential insights into the new rules being implemented during the 2025/2026 seasons.

The webinar will be hosted by Hanna Burnett, the Women’s Field Lacrosse Official in Charge and a World Lacrosse Rules Committee Member. Attendees will gain valuable information regarding the updates and have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session at the end.

Webinar Details:

  • Date: Sunday, March 23rd
  • Time: 5:00 PM ET – 7:00 PM ET
  • Format: 2-hour session with Q&A
  • Cost: Free
  • Location: Online (Zoom link will be sent closer to the date)

Important Information:

  • Participants who attend the full session will earn Professional Development (PD) credit in their locker profiles.
  • Please ensure you have access to Zoom, as this will be the platform for the webinar.
  • Full session attendance is required to receive PD credit.
