Lacrosse Canada Welcomes Steph Pennie as Senior Marketing Manager

Oshawa, ON — Lacrosse Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Steph Pennie as the organization’s new Senior Marketing Manager.

Steph brings over 20 years of experience across design, sport, retail, SaaS, and social enterprise. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Business Leadership at Momentum Worldwide, where she led the Chevrolet and Major League Soccer partnership. Her impressive portfolio includes work with global brands and institutions such as Nike, Lululemon, Lillio, Triathlon Canada, Inventa, and York University.

Throughout her career, Steph has led global events, launched innovative educational products, guided major brand identity rollouts, and developed strategic programs that create impact within both sport and community sectors. Her work has consistently championed purpose-driven marketing and inclusive storytelling.

A lifelong athlete and dedicated soccer coach, Steph is driven by a passion for sport and the power of community collaboration.

“Steph brings a unique blend of strategic marketing expertise and creative vision to our team,” said Terry Rayner, Executive Director of Lacrosse Canada. “Her experience in elevating brands, building partnerships, and creating meaningful engagement will be a huge asset as we continue to grow the profile of lacrosse across the country.”
