OSHAWA, ON – Lacrosse Canada is proud to celebrate the selection of nine Canadian officials to represent the country at two major international competitions this August: The World Games 2025 in Chengdu, China, and the World Lacrosse Men’s U20 Championship in Jeju, Korea.
These appointments highlight the strength and professionalism of Canada’s officiating community on the world stage.
The World Games 2025 – Chengdu, China (August 7–11)
The World Games will feature the Sixes discipline in a women’s international multi-sport format. Canada will be represented by:
- Keith Gagné – On-Field Official
- Cheryl MacNeill – On-Field Official
- Carolyn Toll – On-Field Official
- Brent Coulombe – Chair of Officiating (Off-Field Personnel)
- Lawrence Zdrill – Educator (Off-Field Personnel)
World Lacrosse Men’s U20 Championship – Jeju, Korea (August 15–24)
This event will feature 20 nations competing in field lacrosse. Canadian officials selected include:
- Nicholas Beaudoin – On-Field Official
- Lee Brien – On-Field Official
- Luke Coyle – On-Field Official
- Bradley Gerrow – On-Field Official
- Nathaniel Morrow – On-Field Official
- Tyrus Rehanek – On-Field Official
- Dale Wilson – On-Field Official
- Brent Coulombe – Chair of Officiating (Off-Field Personnel)
- Ian Wilson – Educator (Off-Field Personnel)
In preparation for these events, officials will continue their development through domestic assignments, online workshops, rules exams, and fitness testing to ensure top performance at the international level.
